Are there long-term contracts?

We offer flexible contract options to suit different business needs. While our standard agreements are based on 12-month terms (which provides the best value and service consistency), we also offer month-to-month options for businesses that prefer more flexibility. All our contracts include a clear exit clause with 30-day written notice, so you're never locked in if your needs change.

Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Your monthly fee covers all services outlined in your service agreement. The only additional costs would be for hardware purchases, software licenses, or project work that falls outside the scope of your managed services plan. We always provide detailed quotes for approval before proceeding with any work that would incur additional charges.
